Consulting
We would be happy to advise you on any matters concerning your property. We accompany banks and financial institutions, investors, project developers and smaller hotel chains through processes ranging from the valuation of properties and guidance with contracts to the development of viable overall concepts. When implementing an overall concept, we accompany every single process for the customer all the way to turnaround by providing active coaching programmes for those responsible on site.
Management
If required, we will provide a continual on-site presence to look after your property, i.e. under a management and/or lease agreement. The configuration depends on the initial position and objectives.
Development
It is not uncommon for excess capacity, brand concentration and globalised markets to result in insurmountable funding problems for property owners. MF² has many years of experience in the takeover of insolvent hotels, repositioning and running them with improved capacity utilisation and optimising costs and processes on an ongoing basis to preserve and increase earnings. Mediation with potential investors is also part of what we do.
